Ward Meade Park is a park that has nature trails and a small working village. Quite a few festivals and fundraisers are held at Ward Meade, including the Apple Festival in the Fall. This a great place to take the family to learn about history. Be sure to stop by the General Store and pick up some gifts before you head home.
